As many of our pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order, or specially prepared upon request, return or refund requests may not always be accommodated for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect selection by the customer
* Minor variations in texture, tone, finish, or color
* Natural handcrafted detailing variations

These subtle distinctions are part of the uniqueness and artisanal beauty of each creation.

Non-Returnable Items :

Certain handcrafted, personalized, made-to-order, fragile, clearance, or custom-prepared items may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless damaged during transit.

Cancellation Requests :

Cancellation requests may be made within 24 hours of placing an order.

After this timeframe, orders enter processing and preparation stages. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Assistance With Order Concerns :

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are kindly requested to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* A complete unboxing video
* Clear photos of the packaging and product

This allows our team to carefully review the concern and provide the best possible assistance.

Requests submitted without proper unboxing proof may not qualify for review or assistance.
